ProManage26 — Business Support & Digital Solutions

ProManage26 is my freelance brand and operational laboratory, through which I deliver administrative coordination, workflow automation, systems integration, website creation, and graphic design for clients and personal ventures.

ProManage26 connects back-office business administration with modern low-code technologies, allowing small enterprises and freelancers to run lean, automated, and well-documented operations without hiring large technical teams.

Core Operational & Digital Solutions

1. Google Contacts → Notion CRM Synchronisation

Challenge: Client contact details gathered on mobile and Google Workspace were siloed, requiring tedious manual re-entry into the Notion operational workspace.
Solution: Designed an automated scenario in Make that listens for contact updates in Google Contacts and syncs them with a relational Notion CRM using unique identifiers.
Key Features: Maps labels, notes, subscription dates, and client stages automatically.
Impact: Zero duplicate records and an always-current CRM without manual upkeep. In regular daily use for internal operations.

2. Olistik — AI Activity Enquiry Chatbot (Telegram)

Challenge: Prospective clients frequently requested information on activity schedules, dates, and availability across disparate spreadsheets.
Solution: Developed an AI-powered conversational bot on Telegram integrated with Olistik’s Notion database.
How it Works: A Make workflow receives user messages from Telegram, queries Notion for real-time activity schedules, passes the context to OpenAI to generate friendly responses, and replies to the customer in seconds.
Status: Fully functional tested prototype.

3. Nómada Azul — Automated Historical Video Production Pipeline

Challenge: Creating consistent short-form promotional reels for Birmingham walking tours required significant time in scripting, voice recording, image sourcing, and video rendering.
Solution: Engineered an automated content pipeline from scratch in Make.
Pipeline Architecture:
1. Webhook triggers content generation using historical topics from Wikipedia.
2. Generates optimized image prompts and produces visuals via Cloudflare Workers AI.
3. Synthesizes voiceovers with natural pacing using ElevenLabs.
4. Assembles audio, images, captions, and transitions programmatically using the Creatomate API.
Outcome: Produced recurring historical video reels for Birmingham tours with minimal manual intervention.
